As member of 'FARPM' the Florida Association of Residential Property Managers and a 'PRM', Professional Residential Manager, we have received extensive training and knowledge in all aspects of Florida Landlord/ Tenant Law (F.S.83)

We offer a unique program of property management. It is a completely hands on approach with a very strong emphasis on matching all the tenant requirements to the owners financial goals for their investment. Each program is individually tailored to meet the owner's goals.

We will determine current rental rates; prepare a Comparative Market Analysis for similar properties in your area, as well as a list of all available like properties. We can aid an owner in establishing Current Market Value for their property.
